Offering value for money accommodation, The Rosebery has a range of beautifully refurbished rooms, from singles to large family rooms that can sleep up to four. The hotel caters for all the needs of any discerning traveler, with extensive free parking, free wifi and a hearty hot or cold breakfast to set you up for the day.
Please kindly note we do not accept any reservations for stag or hen parties or single or mixed groups looking for alcohol fuelled party weekends. As we want to ensure that all guests have a relaxing and peaceful stay, not disturbed by other guests.
Each bedroom of The Rosebery Hotel has been fully restored to a vintage charm, with refurbished French feature beds, armoires, marble fireplaces, crystal chandeliers and stylish pieces of furniture to suit each particular room. Coupled with the vintage charm are all the modern conveniences, including digital TV, free wifi and modern bathrooms. High ceilings and large windows give the rooms a light and airy feel, perfect for relaxation.

The Rosebery hotel is in a peaceful location away from the noisy bars of Osborne Road, overlooking leafy Jesmond Dene – one of the city’s best loved parks. The park is popular with families and dog walkers, with its wooded pathways and babbling brooks. The hotel however, is still a 10 minute walk from Newcastle’s bustling city center and the likes of Eldon Square Shopping Center, St James Park, the Theatre Royal and Quayside. Located off one of Newcastle’s main arterial routes, buses pass the hotel every 5 minutes to take you into the city or to the train station.
A full English breakfast is included in the price of the room, which includes your choice of cooked items, as well as, cereals, fruits and beverages. Fresh, local produce is used wherever possible, including freshly baked bread from The French Oven, handmade jams from The Cherry Tree and quality bacon from a family run farm in Northumberland.
Vegetarian and vegan options are also available and any other special dietary requirements can be catered for upon request. Please notify the hotel at the time of booking.

Each of the guest rooms of our boutique bed and breakfast has its own unique look, but they all ooze with French vintage style and charm. Some feature restored marble fireplaces, and they each have a flat-screen television and a brand new en-suite bathroom with stunning fired earth tiles.
