'Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping us out at such short notice. Due to the Icelandic Ash and our flights being cancelled to Spain, we got in last minute at the Rosebery for our weekend away. Claire was so helpful in sorting us all out, the breakfasts were great!! The hotel was just what we were after. The weather turned out to be better in Newcastle than in Spain, so all in all our weekend was top! Definitely go back to stay and for the lovely Newcastle girls'

'We stayed in lovely room 7 for 6 weeks, when our son was at the Freeman having a double lung transplant. We were made so welcome, it felt like a home from home. 5 minutes from the hospital, so its location was ideal. Lesley was so friendly and helpful, Chris was always on hand if we ever needed anything too. This time in our lives was very stressful, but made somewhat easier by the lovely generous hospitality of the staff at the Rosebery Hotel'.
