Bathrooms
Most bedrooms are en-suite with a bath or shower, hand basin and WC. Those which are not en-suite are situated next to bathrooms and WCs.

Bedrooms
Most of the 16 bedrooms are en-suite, with a mixture of single, double, twin and family rooms.

Breakfast
To set you right for the day, enjoy a full English breakfast consisting of your choice of fruit juice, cereal, porridge oats, bacon, eggs, sausage, breads, jams, teas and coffee. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Cats & Dogs
Pets will be made most welcome in our guest house by prior arrangement.

Fax
A fax is available for both incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Internet
Wireless internet access is available.

Hairdryer
A hairdryer can be provided on request.

Iron
An iron and an ironing board is available.

Parking
Ample free parking is available outside the hotel.

Tea & Coffee
Tea and Coffee making facilities are available in every room along with fresh milk upon request.

Television
All rooms are equipped with a colour television, some rooms with video recorders.

Long term guests
Guests can use the facilities of the washing machines, fridge's and microwaves. We also have discounts with local pubs, take always and restaurants. Please speak to the hotel if you have any specific requirement and we will endeavour to meet them.

Payment
Please note payment is upon arrival – Credit/Debit cards are required for all reservations and bookings with an accompanying billing address and security code. No deposit is required. The person making the reservation is legally responsible for the booking. For late or early arrivals; cards will be debited for the full amount of the duration of the stay, inclusive of any credit card charges.

Please note; 48 hours notice of amendment or cancellation is required for all reservations. All prices are inclusive of VAT and full cooked English breakfast.

Cancellations
Please note you will be charged for your accommodation in full, at the rate agreed at the time of booking, should you fail to cancel your reservation prior to arrival as follows:

- Individual guest 48 hours prior to arrival
- Between 2-4 guests 72 hours prior to arrival
- Group bookings 5-10 guests 14 days prior to arrival
- Group bookings 10+ guests 21 days prior to arrival

Such charges will be deducted from your credit card (inclusive of credit or debit card charges) or a deposit.

Cancellations must be by email, fax or by letter and confirmed with an accompanying telephone call to be given a cancellation CODE.

Credit Cards accepted - Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro – Apologies we are currently unable to accept Solo or American Express. Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept personal cheques.

Please note there is an additional 2.5% charge for credit and debit cards and a £.50 fee for the facility. Please note that it is the banks that charge for this service, not the hotel.
