Rates at The Rosebery Hotel

By booking with the Rosebery Hotel you comply with all the Terms and Conditions of the Hotel.

Payment

Please note payment is upon arrival – Debit cards are required for all reservations and bookings with an accompanying billing address and security code. Your card will be authorised to check that the corresponding details supplied are correct. This is to protect your security and the security of the hotel.

Cards that are un able to be authorised, sadly the hotel will not be able to honour your reservation. 

The person making the reservation is legally responsible for the booking. For late or early arrivals; cards will be debited for the full amount of the duration of the stay, inclusive of any card charges.

For 'No-Shows' your card will be debited for the full amount inclusive of card charges.

Cancellations

Please note, upon cancellation or amendment to your booking or early curtailment of your stay, whilst you are with us, we kindly request 48 hours notice (72 hours notice for a Saturday arrival).

Please email the hotel at info@roseberyhotel.co.uk to confirm your cancellation in writing and a cancellation code can be issued.

Cancellations unfortunately, cannot be accepted verbally on the telephone or on the LIVE Chat facility.

All cancellations are required to be in writing via email, letter (recorded or special delivery) or fax - 0191 281 0029. 

If cancellations are not recieved via formal communications, then the hotel cannot provide a cancellation code, the your reservation is still valid and charged.

If your reservation was made through a booking agency, you will need to email them or your cancellation or it will invalidate your cancellation with the hotel.

Please note you will be charged for your accommodation in full, at the rate agreed at the time of booking, should you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival or early curtailment of your stay, whilst with us without a minimum of 48 hours notice:

Individual guest 48 hours prior to arrival/early curtailment 

All Saturday Arrivals - 72 hours cancellation or amendment

Between 2-4 guests 72 hours prior to arrival/early curtailment

Group bookings 5-10 guests 14 days prior to arrival/early curtailment

Group bookings 10+ guests 21 days prior to arrival/early curtailment

The Great North Run Weekend cancellations is 28 days prior to arrival.

Such charges will be deducted from your debit card (inclusive of debit card charges) or a deposit.
