Deposits for Group Bookings

Please kindly note that we are FULLY booked for the GNR 2011 for runners. If your stay is for the week before and runs over this weekend, we still have availability. Please email the hotel at info@roseberyhotel.co.uk 

• Rates for the Great North Run - from £60 per person per night – a minimum of a 2 night booking
• A discretionary deposit of 50% may be taken for bookings.
• Deposits must be paid to the Rosebery Hotel within 7 days of initial booking to guarantee the reservation.
• 28 days notice is required to enable deposits to be refunded for group bookings. 10% of the deposit may be withheld to cover administration costs for large group bookings (10 guests or more)
• Cancellations for the Great North Run Accommodation are 28 days prior to arrival in writing.

Cancellations

Please note you will be charged for your accommodation in full, at the rate agreed at the time of booking, should you fail to cancel your reservation prior to arrival as follows:

• Individual guest 48 hours prior to arrival
• All Saturday Arrivals 72 hours prior to arrival
• Between 2-4 guests 72 hours prior to arrival
• Group bookings 5-10 guests 14 days prior to arrival
• Group bookings 10+ guests 21 days prior to arrival
• Such charges will be deducted from your credit card (inclusive of credit or debit card charges) or a deposit
• The Great North Run Accommodation is 28 days cancellation or ammendment or curtailment
• Cancellations must be by email, fax or by letter and confirmed with an accompanying telephone call, so then a cancellation CODE can be issued.

Group Accommodation Bookings

The hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of guests. In the case of any loss of or damage to property, this must be reported first to the duty manager, and then to the police, immediately. Any on-site conditions, instructions or house rules must be adhered to: The Rosebery Hotel has the right to terminate without notice your stay due to any behaviour deemed inappropriate by them. In this case, you will not be entitled to any refund. We will not be liable to you or any other person for losses which are reasonably foreseeable and any other losses other than those caused by our negligence. This is the sole agreement between you and the Rosebery Hotel and cannot be varied apart from agreement of both parties.

We kindly ask all guests who have 4 or more in their party, to confirm final numbers 7 days prior to arrival, we thank you in advance for this. If a bond/deposit is taken upon arrival, it is not returned on day of departure, but will be re credited 48 hours later, after satisfactory inspection of the rooms.

CHECK IN – 3pm – earlier prior arrangement
CHECK OUT – 10am weekdays and 11am weekends – later by prior arrangement
LATE ARRIVALS - Please contact us for arrangement
LEFT LUGGAGE - Guests can of course leave their luggage upon prior arrangement. Please note that luggage is left at the owner’s risk. The hotel accepts no responsibility or liability for items lost, broken or stolen.
