What Are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?

The check in time for our guests is between 3 pm and 6 pm. However, if you’re unable to arrive between these times, we can set up a simple digital self-check in. Our self-check in is super easy; we provide you with all of the information you need to gain access to the hotel and get your key for your room. Of course, with self-check-in, you won’t miss out on a complimentary drink, as we will pop some wine in the fridge for you!

Do You Accept Group Bookings?

We do accept family bookings, however, we cannot accept group bookings such as stag, hen single or mixed sex parties. Please email or call the hotel if your family requires more than 4 beds.

Is My Dog Welcome?

Yes! We love dogs here at The Rosebery and all are welcome to stay, big and small. We will provide your pet with their own bowls filled with food and water and a comfy bed for snuggling down. If you’re going out for the day but can’t take your dog, then don’t worry! We offer a dog sitting service so you can rest easy, knowing that your dog is in safe hands. Can You Cater for a Lactose Intolerant Diet?

For guests who are lactose intolerant, we can provide soy and almond milk for the room. We can also provide soy or Greek yoghurts within the breakfast items, to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Do you offer lower rates for long stay guests?

Yes, for guests that are staying with us long term, we can offer a range of deals. Email or call us for more information.

Do you permit smoking inside of the rooms?

No, we do not permit smoking in any areas of the hotel.

Are you close to public transport services?

There any many options for our guests who are using public transport. Getting around couldn’t be easier with the regular Metro and bus services just minutes from the hotel door.

Do You Have WiFi?

Yes, we give all of our guests free access to the hotel’s internet. Perfect for those who need to do work while they stay, or just to catch up on that series on Netflix before bed.

Can I Bring My Children?

Children of all ages are welcome to stay in The Roseberry. Children under 3 years of age can stay for free and for children under 10, we offer discounted prices. For parents with small children, we provide a travel cot at no extra expense. We also have a heating facility for parents who are bottle feeding.

Do You Provide Gluten Free Food?

Yes, we offer gluten free breakfasts for those with intolerances and allergies. If you’d like our gluten free option, then please specify at the time of booking. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us directly by phone or email.

What facilities do you provide in your hotel rooms?

In all of our rooms, we provide our guests with a hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge, broiler and Freeview television. We also provide shampoo and shower gel (and bubble bath in rooms with baths).
For long term guests, we can provide access to use of a freezer and microwave.

How do I pay for my stay?

All payments will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking +2.5% card charge for all card types (we do not take American Express). If you would prefer to pay by cash and avoid the card charge, then please do contact us within 72 hours of making your booking, or request this during booking.

For all self-check-in bookings, payment will be taken by card.

Where can I park my car?

We have free, unrestricted parking to the front of our hotel.

What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?

The capacity of each of our rooms ranges between 1 – 4 adults. For young children, an additional cot or small bed can be added.
