If Traveling By Car

From South of Newcastle: A1, Tyne Tunnel, head north following the Morpeth signs. After about 1 mile, take a left turn onto the A1058. Pass the Corner House pub / restaurant, then take a right turn at the next set of traffic lights, bear right, then first right again onto Churchill Gardens.

From North of Newcastle: A1. Follow the Tyne Tunnel signs, then take a right turn onto A1058 (Silverlink Junction). Pass the corner House pub / restaurant, then take a right turn at the next set of traffic lights, bear right, then first right again onto Churchill Gardens.

From West of Newcastle: A69, A167 Jedburgh Road. Take A1058 (Jesmond Road). At the second set of traffic lights, turn left, first right, then right again onto Churchill Gardens.

The Rosebery is one of the few Newcastle hotels to have free, unrestricted and secure parking. Cars can be left outside the hotel all day with minimum risk and no cost.

We are also the closest Hotel to the Freeman Hospital – 5 minutes on the Number 38 bus, which runs right outside the Hotel and takes less than 5 minutes. Or you can walk – 10/15 walk through lovely Jesmond Dene Park.
